We manufacture batching plants with capacities of 30 m³/h and 60 m³/h. Both include PLC automation, gravimetric batching and on-site assembly and commissioning, through to final acceptance tests.
Do you make spare parts for other manufacturers’ batching plants?
Yes. We produce 1:1 replicas of legacy valves, flanges and blades from CAD drawings, and hardfaced steel wear liners for mixers from 0.5 m³ to 3 m³.
What valve sizes do you offer?
Valve dimensions and compatibility are confirmed to specification. Send a drawing, machine details and the required actuation type.
How long does it take to build a batching plant?
The schedule depends on configuration, materials and site readiness. We confirm the scope and lead time after reviewing your project.
Which regions do you serve?
We are based in Cherven Bryag, Bulgaria. We deliver and build batching plants across Bulgaria, and ship spare parts and valves internationally.
Do you make parts for other manufacturers?
Yes. Besides our own equipment, we manufacture metal parts and welded assemblies in batches to other manufacturers’ drawings — from first samples to recurring batches.
