Your drawing, our workshop

Many manufacturers prefer not to keep every process in-house. We take over the production of metal parts and welded assemblies to your drawings and deliver them in the quantities you need — as a single batch or as recurring orders.

Because we build complete concrete batching plants, our workshop is used to reading complex drawings and keeping parts consistent from one piece to the next.

From sample to repeat production

We review the drawing and material, agree the batch size and schedule, and can make a first sample for your approval. Once it is approved, each batch is produced to the same drawing and checked before it leaves the workshop.

What to send for a quote

The drawing or CAD file, the material, the quantity per batch, the expected yearly volume if the order repeats, and your delivery schedule.

Questions & answers

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. We produce metal parts and welded assemblies in batches for other manufacturers, to their drawings.

What quantities do you take on?

From first samples and small batches to repeat production. Send the expected quantities with your drawing and we will confirm the schedule.

What do you need to quote a production run?

The drawing or CAD file, material, quantity per batch, expected yearly volume and the delivery schedule.

What kinds of parts can you make?

Cold-formed profiles and bent sheet-metal parts up to 3100 mm long, plasma-cut plates and flanges, rolled shells, machined shafts and bushings, and welded assemblies that combine them. The steel fabrication page lists them with the machines we use.
