Why recycle residual concrete

Truck mixers return with concrete left in the drum, and every washout produces slurry. A recycler washes that material out, separates the sand and gravel for reuse and keeps the water in circulation — reducing waste, disposal and fresh-water use at the plant.

Built around your site

We fabricate the steel basins, gratings, separators and frames and install the recycler on a washout apron next to the batching plant, with its own control panel. The layout follows the space available and the truck traffic at your plant.

Questions & answers

What does a concrete recycler do?

It washes out residual concrete from truck mixers, separates the aggregate from the cement slurry and returns sand, gravel and water for reuse.

Can a recycler be added to an existing plant?

Yes. Our recyclers have been installed at existing batching plants; we plan the basin, apron and connections around the plant layout.
