Sizes come from the machine nameplates. The maximum thickness depends on the material and the shape — send the drawing and we will confirm it.
One workshop, from drawing to delivery
Our workshop in Cherven Bryag handles the whole job: reading the drawing, cutting and forming the steel, welding, assembly and surface finishing. It is the same workshop that builds our concrete batching plants, so it is used to heavy structures and precise work to drawing.
Parts that keep machines running
Alongside structures we make heavy-duty chains, rollers, shafts, gears and bushings for industrial equipment — as replacements for worn parts or to a new design.

Do you take one-off orders?
Yes. We produce single prototypes as well as larger runs.
What files can we send?
CAD drawings are ideal; sketches with dimensions, photos or physical samples also work.
Do you make cold-formed profiles?
Yes. On our CNC press brake we bend L, U, C, Z and omega profiles and custom sections from sheet, up to 3100 mm long. Send the cross-section, length, material and quantity.
