We use this data to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

04Service providers and third parties

Netlify hosts the website and processes contact-form submissions, including automated spam filtering. Inquiry notifications are delivered to our Zoho business mailbox. Public photographs are served through Cloudflare R2. The map connects to Google Maps only after you press the map button. These services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver their services.

05Fonts, images and documents

Fonts and documents are served from this website; photographs are served from images.sima-ma.com through Cloudflare R2. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

06Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to reply, continue communication, prepare a quote and comply with applicable legal obligations.
