Built for steady, accurate production

A SIMA-MA batching plant is designed around the job it has to do. We size it for 30 m³/h or 60 m³/h, lay out the aggregate bins, conveyors and silo connections to suit your site, and fabricate the steel structure in our own workshop. Structure, mixer components and controls come from one team, so the plant is assembled and adjusted as a whole rather than pieced together from separate suppliers.

Every material is dosed by weight. Gravimetric batching keeps the mix consistent from batch to batch, and the PLC runs fully programmable batching sequences so operators can store and repeat recipes.

Control cabin and automation

The control cabinet and operator desk are wired and tested before delivery. From the HMI touchscreen and the plant overview on the PC monitor, the operator follows dosing, mixing and discharge as they happen. The same team that builds the plant commissions the automation on site.

From foundations to acceptance tests

We agree the scope of supply, site preparation and installation before quoting. Then we take the project from the foundations through assembly of the mixer tower, connection of the silos and commissioning, and finish with final acceptance tests. Plants are built across Bulgaria; spare parts and valves are also shipped abroad.

Questions & answers

What capacity are your concrete batching plants?

We manufacture batching plants with capacities of 30 m³/h and 60 m³/h. Both include PLC automation, gravimetric batching and on-site assembly and commissioning, through to final acceptance tests.

How long does it take to build a batching plant?

The schedule depends on configuration, materials and site readiness. We confirm the scope and lead time after reviewing your project.

Can you repair or upgrade an existing plant?

Yes. We make spare parts, wear liners and valves for existing plants, including equipment from other manufacturers. Send photos, drawings or the machine details and we will advise.

Which regions do you serve?

We are based in Cherven Bryag, Bulgaria. We deliver and build batching plants across Bulgaria, and ship spare parts and valves internationally.
