Wear liners & spare parts for concrete mixers

When production can’t stop, we make the parts that wear out — hardfaced steel wear liners for 0.5–3 m³ mixers and custom components made from drawings or samples.

Parts that match — or improve on — your original components.

Liners that protect the mixer

Concrete, sand and aggregate wear a mixer from the inside. Our hardfaced steel wear liners — floor tiles, wall plates and curved segments — are cut and drilled to fit mixers from 0.5 m³ to 3 m³ and bolted in place, so worn sections can be renewed without replacing the mixer.

Spare parts from drawings or samples

Send us a CAD drawing, a sketch or the worn part. We make components that match or improve on the original, from a single piece to larger runs — including one-to-one replicas of legacy valves, flanges and blades for plants whose manufacturer no longer supplies them.

For SIMA-MA and other manufacturers’ plants

We make parts for our own plants and for batching plants from other manufacturers. Tell us the machine type and mixer volume and we will confirm what is needed.

Questions & answers

Do you make spare parts for other manufacturers’ batching plants?

Yes. We produce 1:1 replicas of legacy valves, flanges and blades from CAD drawings, and hardfaced steel wear liners for mixers from 0.5 m³ to 3 m³.

Which mixer sizes do your liners fit?

Our liners are made for mixers with a volume from 0.5 m³ to 3 m³. Send the mixer model or measurements and we will confirm the fit.

What do you need to make a replacement part?

A CAD drawing is ideal, but a sketch with dimensions, photos or the original part also work.
